The Baltus has her home-harbour at Hardbakke. Solund with its fantastic archipelago is a very good basis for fishing trips and diving.

The Baltus was built in county of Hardanger in 1957, ordered by the Royal Navy. Since the mid seventies she has been under private ownership.
